As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting our bartenders and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. Your responsibilities will include stocking and replenishing supplies, cleaning and organizing the bar area, assisting with bar setup and breakdown, and helping to maintain an efficient workflow. This position offers an excellent opportunity to learn and grow within a vibrant and dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:
- Assist bartenders with various tasks to ensure efficient service
- Stock and replenish bar supplies during service and restock inventory as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Assist with bar setup and breakdown before and after shifts
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for our guests
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a barback or similar support role is preferred but not required
- Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift heavy items and stand for extended periods
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the hospitality industry
